Looking for a great volunteer opportunity while it's chilly outside? We have rescheduled the MLK Day Cleanup for Feb. 20th! Join Blue Planet divers to clean up Rock Creek and give back to our community and the ocean by keeping our waterways clean!

Anyone joining this clean up will need to complete the RCC online waiver linked to below. You will also need to complete a waiver for National Park Services which they email you once you register.

WHEN: Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 10-12pm

WHERE: Meet up in the parking lot across from Peirce Mill on Tilden Street right before it crosses Beach Drive and turns into Park Road. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the Cleveland Park Metro station.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (you may get wet). Bring yard gloves if you have them. And don’t forget water — in a reusable container, of course.
