Find a different way to configure your cylinders with the PADI Sidemount Diver course.
Because you are able to move the cylinder from your back to your side, it instantly takes the pressure off of your back and gives you more flexibility to move and enjoy your dive. Plus, you don’t have to walk to the dive site with the cylinders on your back. You can enter the water, clip them on and go.
You put this information into practice during one confined and at least three open water dives.
You use your mask, fins, and dive computer. You will be introduced to a BCD, regulators, SPGs, and accessories specifc to the sidemount configuration.
Below, you will find the paperwork necessary to begin this course. Please either drop off or email us a completed copy as soon as possible. We will need to review this prior to the start of your class.
You can easily combine sidemount diving with any other PADI Specialty you want to take. If technical diving is something that interests you, check out the Discover Tec Diving experience.
