Celebrate Women's Dive Day 2025 with Blue Planet Scuba!

Join Blue Planet Scuba on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Lake Phoenix for our annual PADI Women's Dive Day celebration! We're excited to offer a full day of activities designed to create a comfortable, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for women divers, mermaids and freedivers. While our focus is on empowering women in diving, all individuals are welcome to participate.

What's Happening?

We have a fantastic lineup of free workshops, fun activities, and opportunities to connect with fellow dive enthusiasts:

8-9 AM: Arrival at Lake Phoenix
10-11 AM: PADI Underwater Navigator course OR Free Buoyancy Workshop
12:00-1:00 PM: PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course OR Free Discover Mermaid Experience
2:00-4:00 PM: Scuba Scavenger Hunt with awesome prizes!
5-6 PM: Cookout!
7-8 PM: Sunset Mermaid Photoshoot OR Free Guided Night Dive

Additional Opportunities:

Take the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty and be ready to assist in a dive emergency.
Certified mermaids and freedivers can participate in a Mermaid/Freediver Against Debris specialty course.

Important Details:

Registration: A $25 fee is required for registration. Click here to register!
Lake Phoenix Entry: Please note there is a separate entry fee into Lake Phoenix ($33/day, which can be paid online).
Gear: Rental gear, including tanks and weights, is available at Lake Phoenix.
Buddy System: If you don't have a buddy, we'll happily help you find one!
Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions for the cookout.
