Blue Planet Scuba Course Cancelation and Rescheduling Fee Policy

IMPORTANT! Please read through this policy carefully before signing up for a scheduled class!

If you need to reschedule your class for any reason, notify Blue Planet at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled class date. The first rescheduling is free, but after that there will be a rescheduling fee of 50% of the class price. If you reschedule within 5 days of the class meeting, you’ll need to pay the 50% rescheduling fee unless you can provide Blue Planet with a signed doctor’s note.

If you need to cancel your class, notify Blue Planet at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled class date. Blue Planet will refund the cost of any unused materials or eLearning minus a 10% cancellation fee of the class price. If you have to cancel within 7 days of the class meeting, Blue Planet reserves the right to keep the full payment amount unless a replacement can be found.
