Travis got scuba certified in 2000 at the age of 12 after discovering the underwater world while snorkeling Hanauma Bay in Hawaii. Since then he has explored much more of the ocean through recreational diving, technical diving, public safety diving, and as a scuba instructor.

Before coming to Blue Planet, Travis worked as a scuba instructor on Bonaire, which he is happy to tell you all about. In addition to working in diving, Travis also has previous experience as a firefighter/paramedic and has a commercial pilot's license. You can find Travis in the dive shop, teaching courses or servicing equipment.
