The Fun Part

What You Learn

- How DSMBs differ from SMBs
- How to pick an appropriate DSMB and reel
- How to safely launch a DSMB
- How to care for and stow your DSMB and reel
- When and in what conditions you should launch your DSMB
You put this information into practice during two open water dives.

The Scuba Gear You Use
You use all your basic scuba gear as well as a DSMB, reel, and cutting tool.
Required Paperwork
We'll be sending new students a Smartwaiver to let you fill out all the required paperwork online. This will include a Medical Questionnaire which may require you to get a physician's approval prior to diving.
Your Next Adventure
Once you have completed your DSMB training why not put those skills to use and earn your Drift Diver certification as well!
