Please read the requirements carefully! These practice sessions are NOT led by an instructor and are not supervised, so you will need a buddy/safety to participate. You will also need to complete a waiver before participating.
You must have a Mermaid certification in order to participate.
Each breath hold dive requires a proper breathe up, breath hold, and recovery breathing while supervised by a certified mer/freediver.
If you do not already have a buddy/safety, please contact the shop and we'll do our best to connect you with one.
If you need any rental equipment (monofin, bi-fins, mask, snorkel, tail, weights, weight belt, etc.), please let us know in advance.
